Important Note!!: I do "PUNCHCARD ART", meaning for every 10 pieces you get from me, you get a free piece! WITHIN REASON of what the piece will have.
However, when it comes to the 'Goober Style', the free piece you get from me if you prefer just ordering Goober Style art will ALSO be in Goober Style. You cannot commission me for 10 goober pieces then get a full piece that's in my more 'normal' style. This will not apply if you intermittedly buy one, but go for my normal style every now and then (like a 5 normal pieces, and 5 goober pieces)
I KEEP TRACK OF THIS MYSELF IN A PERSONAL DISCORD OF MINE and I will tell you how many pieces you have recieved from me when asked/I will inform you when you are close to your free piece



Terms of Service:

GENERAL
•The artist (Sorrowful--Owl) maintains the right to claim intellectual ownership of creating the piece or design.
•I will typically accept payment upfront, but I am also willing to make a payment plan with you depending if you wish to talk it out.
•I will send you WIP’s to make sure it is to your liking, and any changes you request may increase the price depending on how much change you are asking for.
•NFT creation, distribution, and cryptocurrency-related business transactions with this artist's work are expressly forbidden and will result in immediate legal action upon discovery.
•You may not use any of my art for AI or AI training purposes, even if commissioned from me.
•The artist also maintains the right to decline or refund a client for any reason that does not have to be disclosed.
•The artist may cease production on a commission for any reason that does not have to be disclosed, with partial refund or other reasonable compensation for the client with discussion as needed.
•Commissions may be posted to any of the artist's social medias and will be showcased as samples at the artist's discretion.
•Illustrations drawn by the artist may be used as reference for the character design.
•DRAWN IMAGE MAY NOT BE ALTERED IN ANY WAY. Yes, this includes AI “improvement”, and the use of machine learning or derived technologies on any art you commission. Removing watermarks and art credit is strictly prohibited.
•Commissioned pieces must be used respectfully and appropriately. Do not use commissioned work for anti- LGBTQ+, sexist, racist, CSA/pedophilic, and/or religious propaganda of any kind.


PERSONAL/BUSINESS USE
•Please link back to the artist's social medias publicly or where easily accessible.
•The client/customer/commissioner is welcome to share commissioned pieces with the above credits given to trusted individuals. Sharing unwatermarked pieces at high-quality is at the client's discretion and is not recommended due to potential risks of theft.
•If used for business purposes, artist's social medias are required to be linked and shared in an easily-accessible manner without subtlety (stream description, hyperlinks, end credits, etc).
