BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE AND USE.

TERMS OF SERVICE:
• I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason​.
• My Work begins once full Payments are made. If the commission is above $400 in value, work may start once a secure non-refundable down payment is made.
• Turnaround and wait time depends on my queue and personal events. I will not tolerate any whining or complaints for wait time​. (Deadlines CAN be arranged under some circumstances. Inquire for more information.)
• My commission prices are subject to change at any given time without warning.
• No refunds will be given after work has started.
• I do not send work in progress images due to the speed at which I work. Depending on the complexity of the commission, exceptions may be made.
• I will gladly make edits in the final product if there are mistakes found. (NOTE: Extra payment will be due if (A) My commissioner did not inform me of something prior to the drawing being completed, or (B) the reference sheet provided by the customer was inaccurate (I.e: markings, colors, etc.).
• Once completed, the completed piece will be sent to you via PM or email once payment is received and work is completed.
• I do not tolerate discrimination/harassment of any kind​. If I find that you are harassing me/another artist during/before I start your commission, then I will refuse or cancel your commission request without refunding you.

Things I will not draw include but are not exclusive to:
• Ponies
• Intense Gore/Vore/Kinks

TERMS OF USE:
• I retain the rights as the original author of your commission​. These rights mean that I may display the final product/drafts/concepts included in the process of creating your commission as examples of my work in my personal and business galleries. I will credit you as my commissioner and owner of characters (where applicable) unless privacy or anonymity is explicitly requested.
• Please leave my watermark intact and give me credit where it is due. Your completed commission is completely yours to build upon, change, or print.
• If you intend to use the commission commercially and/or profit from it, you MUST sign agreements of release with me.
Do not claim my artwork or anyone else’s as your own! If you have history of art theft or have stolen artwork or copyrighted material* from me or someone else in the past, I will reject your commission request without refund. I am referring to the theft of characters, art, worlds, etc. that is common with younger artists and trolls.
