— no minors. USD only (paypal/ko-fi). no character/art trades.
— payment plans are okay for purchases over $50. do NOT send me money directly for business; please only do this for tips/gifts. i use the invoice system for both buyer and seller protection.
— upon purchase of a piece, you can do whatever you want with it: it's totally yours once the sale is completed. the only things you must do when buying from me are 1) credit me for the design; 2) do not alter my original piece; 3) do not remove any base-maker watermarks from my original piece; and 4) do not use for NFTs or commercial use.
— you may reupload anything that i make for you to your own page as long as you credit me and the base-maker, or you link back to my submission.
— if you do not produce payment at time of completion/purchase, alter my original piece, claim unpaid work as your own, steal/redistribute any of my work, ghost me after committing to a design, or hide your comments for ANY reason, you will be blacklisted from all current and future works.
— i reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
𝐀𝐃𝐎𝐏𝐓𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄𝐒.
— i only hold adopts for 24 hours. i only do flat sales, first come first served. my prices are not negotiable.
— you are free to claim an adopt for its flat price and order additions or a full ref sheet at a later date; all i ask is that you let me know that you'd like to do this at time of initial purchase, so i hang onto the files for you!
— any tattoos that come with an adopt will have a separate transparent image available: this is to help future artists who draw the character. these transparent tattoos are for use only on the adoptable they came with and any art of said adoptable, and not for your general/commercial use.
— simple color edits (eyes, claws, etc.) are free for all adopts. complex/large color changes will incur an upcharge at my discretion.
— i can note the direct link to purchased files or i can transfer the character via toyhouse; please specify which you'd prefer when ordering.
— direct links to adopt images expire after one week; once file transfer is confirmed, you are responsible for the adopt image(s), as i do not keep them on my device once they are sold.
— under no circumstances are you or any other artists permitted to edit the original adopt that i sell to you. you can change design aspects in future art, but you cannot alter my original piece in any way. doing so will result in an instant blacklist.
— you may not resell my adopts for more than you paid unless you enhance their value with further art.
𝐂𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐌 𝐀𝐃𝐎𝐏𝐓𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄𝐒.
— PLEASE be specific with your markings and colors. if you do or do not want particular markings, please say so (i.e. ‘please give it pink leopard spots’ or ‘no stripes please’). if you have a color palette in mind, please say so as specifically as possible (i.e. ‘black body color with a purple belly’); a color swatch or hex codes are greatly appreciated! vague suggestions are fine as long as i have a general direction to go in; requesting artistic freedom is perfectly acceptable, but please see rule 3 if you’d like to do this.
— if you don’t ask for something up front and request it after work has begun, that will incur an upcharge (price at my discretion). this includes markings, body mods, tattoos, accessories, etc.. i am not a mind reader and i prefer bluntness when working with clients: please help me help you!
— i am more than happy to create something for you with only a general direction (i.e. your adopt’s personality/likes/dislikes/job/hobbies, markings, patterns, aesthetics)! however, if you give me artistic freedom and do not like what i come up with, creating a new design will incur an upcharge (price at my discretion). i also reserve the right to use the rejected design/markings on a future adopt.
— adding me on discord helps me show wips and samples of additions! this is my preferred way to do business. ASK if you’d like my discord handle!
𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐑'𝐒 𝐅𝐄𝐄.
as of 9/2/2025, all orders are subject to a nitpicker's fee. you will incur this fee if you do any of the following:
- if you purchase an adopt with additions/changes, i get 70% through the adopt, and you request a substantial change
- if you purchase a custom adopt, i set up and you confirm the lines/flat colors, and you request a substantial change
- if you request i change a single color on an adopt more than 10 times
the nitpicker's fee is subject to the amount of change i have to do, but will start at the cost of a full custom adopt ($20). when you are ordering from me, please either a) have a solid idea of what you'd like in mind, AND be able to properly convey this to me, or b) allow artistic liberty/accept my artistic ideas. i am happy to play around with ideas and show examples, but at the end of the adopt-making process is not the time or place for that.
