So it's been 2/3 years now?

A hell of a lot has happened in that time for me, and I hate that my art, this site and my friends and customers alike have taken the brunt of the hit because of it.

I'm honestly super ashamed of myself that it's taken me this long to address it.

Ive gone through more job changes than I'd care to admit in this time frame. There's just nothing available right now that can adequately cover the current cost of living crisis the UK is going through right now, which is also affecting job stability and availability because employers would sooner just lower their work forces and work the remaining staff to death than actually pay a living wage.
But back to the main point of this journal.

I once again need to ask you all whether you would like refunds or not.
If you wish to receive a refund, I will be returning the full amount, even if I've already started work on it, as well as the work I've already completed.
If you do not wish to receive a refund, I can either do what you already requested, finish the work I started, or start a new piece if you've changed your mind in this time with no extra charge.

If you do wish to receive a refund, all I ask is that you send me your current/up-to-date PayPal email as well as the amount you paid (in your currency), as it's quite difficult for me to find everyone using the payment archives on my account.
You will be added to a list and paid as and when I have the funds available. How quickly you receive your money back will obviously depend on the amount you paid. If you've paid a large amount we can talk about possible payment plans if and where applicable.

Once again, I'm truly sorry for hiding away for so long. Everything just kinda got out of hand and it's been eating away at me this whole time, but I want more than anything to make things right.
