Trying to make it. (G)

So, I have the materials and such to make a fursuit, been trying to, cause in the long run, I don't see myself actually being able to afford having one made, I made a foam base but right now its a closed bucket head. And past several hours I don't know what to do... crafts are not this otters strong suit. I could really use some advice, I know 2 furs who has great knowledge on making heads, but one I believe is swamped with con prep work, and the other is constantly busy doing commissions and don't want to bother them. I know I don't talk much and I should try, but I don't even know how to start a proper convo, well maybe I do, but it goes into a lot of awkward silent moments, this just makes me feel defeated x.x not sure what to do, I looked at tutorials, but most of them are either cats or dogs.
