in shot context, in my lore the bovine goddess, enhances certain woman of certain worlds, with the goal of creating a huge empire where large strong woman rule over men

BUT, in theory do you lot think she should give the hyena species a second chance? perhaps she fell for a bad batch of them? albeit they do seem abnormally cruel then even by hyena woman standards, or maybe theres a nuance she could use to guide them to be more empathetic at least, maybe she could start with educating the young? if anyone has thoughts or advice then let me know.
