This character is too cool looking to be as obscure as he is. He should have been shown more. It is disappointing that there isn't more fanart of him. I decided to do a practice of him and decided to put him in the K-9 Agency comic as well. The right pose is done with reference.

Maybe the reason that King Richard the Lion-Hearted was so obscure because he was on screen only for about a minute at the very end and had just one line. "It appears that I have an outlaw for an in-law !"
I recall that he had more action in one of the Robin Hood comics than he ever did in the movie.
