ON TO THE STORY!

Chapter 11

Starscream landed on the veranda leading to Princess Celestia's castle, passing the guards with relative ease, he entered the throne room. Celestia was preoccupied when he entered but she quickly noticed his presence. The Gaurds too took notice as the mechanical pegasus entered.

"Princess Celestia… Goddess of the sun, ruler of all of Equestria… what a pleasure it is to meet the mare who nearly killed me with her 'protection spell'"

Celestia narrowed her eyes and walked toward starscream, her horn glowing.

"Starscream, of the decepticons, Treacherous second in command to Lord Megatron and enemy of everyone but himself, and even that is questionable."

Starscream was taken aback. "How… how do you know my name? much less my actions… "

"I make it my business to not only oversee my kingdom but other realms as well just in case there ever was a breach. Just as there was when Airbrush was unfortunate enough to run afoul of one of them."

"This has… happened before?"

"We used to live in world where humans could bridge from their world into ours and vise versa, it ended up not being a healthy relationship to maintain and the memory of those days was wiped from the collective consciousnesses of both sides. There are ways to open the portals to other worlds but for the most part they remain sealed."

Starscream took a step back. "Princess I meant no disrespect… "

Celestia narrowed her eyes further. "Oh I know exactly what you meant, Starscream, your deeds are known far and wide in your universe, that Airbrush would show you any kindness at all is indicative of our nature as a fairly trusting race. However be warned Starscream, your treachery here will not go unpunished."

"P… princess I… No please… "

"It would appear the lesson you learned was fleeting… allow me to remind you of your humility, Starscream, so long as you are a guest here in Equestria, you will not be a threat to anyone, especially not me."

"No… stop! Mercy!"

Celestia didn't answer, her horn flashed in a brilliant yellow light. Starscream cowered as a blast of magic hit him. When he opened his eyes again he looked down at his hooves. Fur and bone had replaced metal and wires, he could already feel his heart beating rapidly in his chest.

"How… how dare you! I've done NOTHING to you!"

"And it shall remain so, you'll forgive me if I don't trust you. I have not turned you to stone, or shadow or sent you to the moon. Should I judge you on your past crimes, all punishment would be merciful in comparison. This however is a slap on the wrist knowing what you are capable of. I disarm my opponents Starscream, You would do well to remember that."

Starscream scowled at the princess. "You nearly killed me when I turned into a human, do you know how badly I'd been injured?"

"That was an unfortunate case and I personally apologize. I'm however glad that you sought proper repairs before I gave you a heart again." She gave a smile. "You should be thanking me Starscream, there is no Energon here, I have assured you remain active and alive until you return to your home world… if you choose to leave. "

Starscream's eyes widened catching his breath before he looked away. "yes… Thank you Princess… "

"one more thing Starscream… "

Starscream had already turned to walk out and gave a heavy dejected sigh, "What now?"

"You are to be Airbrush's ward until I deem otherwise, of everyone in Equestria I feel she is potentially the only one who you wouldn't harm intentionaly."

"Princess I… "

"Starscream, I understand… If i didn't think there was hope for you you'd be out in the courtyard taking Discords place in my garden… I also know you have done unspeakable things in the past… be sure they remain in the past, do I make myself clear?"

"Yes… "

"Good… Airbrush is waiting outside, the guards will escort you out."

"Airbrush? she knows?"

"That you came to visit me, yes." She gave a smile. "whatever you choose to tell her beyond that is your business."
