I have to work on second floor so I can only stay there in the morning and after sunset(didn't help much. accumulated heat in the house)

Actually, there really is a huge difference. Get in the shade and it's totally tolerable, even at 120 degrees EFF. I flew into Alabama during the summer once and stepping out of the terminal was like having a goddamn wall fall on me it was so humid. :(
