Out of curiosity (and really I'm not trying to be critical, it's just something I've noticed and wondered about), why is it you only use one color per 'area'? It's extremely obvious that you're extremely good with colored pencils, yet, most people that use them as often as you do use 3 or more colors per 'area' (like... for the green fur, one might use a combo of dark green and purple for shadows, green and light green for midtones, and light green and yellow for highlights, just for example). Do you just prefer the look of this style, or...?

Ahh, usually for something quick like this i'll just use one color just for simplicity/gettin it done quick :P Plus i honestly have no working grasp of color theory to do experimental shit on the regular :P i'd really like to though.. i think it would probably work better for me to try it in watercolor x.x Though sometimes, i will deepen colors with a darker shade and black. *shrugs*
But yeah.. for doodles like this and badges i tend to go for a one-shot-coloring thing :3

This character is cool, I like the color scheme on her. The pants came out really well, I like how the cuffs of the pants are freighed a little from dragging on the ground. Love the shirt too, overall a wonderful drawing ^.^

I really really love how real you draw women. It's such a flattering kind of real. And Miss Honovi looks so pretty here, I love the little rainbow music. :) Very nice doodle.
