Well it seems that Lori has let her wool grow and is showing off her new look to her new friend Maxi. This was obviously inspired by
randomsheepgirl 's pics of her sheep girl Maxi. If you haven't checked her out her work is great. Very colorful cute and happy XD. I'm sooo not used to drawing things that are cute and happy so I hope I did it well^^;

Well yeah I was attempting to emulate her style a bit for this one pic but since its her style I don't think I'll bite off her idea of the fluffy chibi version and the normal humanoid form. Imitation is the most sincere form a flattery but I'm no copy cat err sheep ^^;
True, but it's not like that theme has been solely created by Maxi's creator. I guess it comes down to the threshold of inmitation and a theme that has been used for decades.
You can't tell me that her theme of having a normal and chibi form wasn't done before by somebody else, but maybe I'm diving into this topic too much.

I understand what you mean but still for this one pic I'm borrowing her concept and style to a small extent (fluff balls with swirly tails). Even though this hasn't been the first time someone has done a chibi version and a normal version of their character nor will it be the last time I wouldn't be pleased with myself if I made this particular version of Lori a more constant thing. I'd feel unoriginal if I did so. If I do decide to make a chibi Lori myself she won't be a fluff ball as shown here. Understand?
