Ohh, looks great, yes, yes. Good job lad, but with the color of the t-shirt... well, looks like a man, so only add a little of light on the t-shirt or change the color, only that thing, but all is good.

I could probably change the shirt's colour. I'm keeping this one as flat colours though, since it's only here as reference for her. I'll probably do a proper version at some point :)

Cute indeed. Se seems to very much have a "New Work state of mind" about her.

Given her nickname, an interesting take for a portrait might be to dress her up a bit as multi-armed "Kali"-like figure, each arm holding something that is in a way her. (lotus for Zen-like peace, a Laurel for competition, a figure representing her fiance etc etc etc...)

In any case, I'm looking forward to seeing these characters develop.

Good to know her New York attitidude is coming through here; that's more or less what I was aiming for with her.

I'd never thought about something like that for a portrait. I really like that idea - may have to think of something for that... :)

Awesome picture! I love the description as well ^^ So many people see it as a weakness to comprise; I think that that mentality is bullshit... Comprise just shows you consider both your own, and the other person's intentions, which I think is commendable.
