I got my ref in!
This was technically my first OC upon arriving here.
 dtalvi helped me design her, and  momentaii drew the ref for me.

Character Information
Name: Serana
Species: Anthro Wolf Cyborg
Gender: Female
Age: 24
Height: 5'4" (Little girl!)
Weight: 120lbs - cybernetics add 45 lbs, total is 165.
Temperment: Kind, motherly, ruthless if provoked

She has had a pet Growlithe that she's known for almost as long as she's been alive.
Cybernetics Background
She was involved in a nasty car crash not long after she turned 18. She lost her right eye, right arm (and part of her chest), and both legs in the accident, and Growlithe evolved himself into Arcanine, using a Fire Stone she had on her, to save her life.
A donation fund was set up for her, and was able to afford cybernetic prosthetic attachments and implants to restore full bodily function to her - although she'd never quite be the same, either physically or emotionally.
The encounter has left her with a powerful, ruthless sense of justice. She and Arcanine will stop at nothing to set right a wrong - and with her cybernetic assistance, she's able to lift a car (barely).

Footnotes:
The system has a battery and capacitor that're stored within her (now absent) right breast. The battery can normally keep her on her feet for a full day, and she recharges it by night. The capacitor provides "sprint" capacity. Her legs are powered by connections implanted inside of her off this power system.
Her eyes were naturally dichromatic. Being proud of this, she requested that her implanted eye be designed to reproduce the effect.
