Bro :v *runs for the hills*
Not my art! I commissioned the lovely Sif for another sketch, this time of Wy hitting the gym, and she totally nailed it. *_* She allows commissioners to colour their sketches so I spent a couple of hours shading this up. :3
So what's with the muscle? I've been working with a personal trainer at my gym for the past six months, recently switching to a new guy who has really amped up the intensity of my training. My whole aim is to build up muscle; I'm already pretty trim so figured why not get buff? :D Progress is slow but steady - the definition in my arms is now noticeable and I have lats for the first time in my life. Hell yeah. I absolutely LOVE lifting and can't wait for my weights to increase! At the moment my bench press is at 65lb flat and 55lb on incline for 8 reps. Leg press we're doing 270lb x 8, 180lb x 10, 90lb x 15 straight after one another for 3 sets. I weigh 135lbs at the moment and the new trainer is shooting for at least +5lb in muscle by the end of the month. Baby steps but as a hobby it's such a huge confidence booster. ♥
