Hey, Tachyon's player here. Part of the deal with the suit was that it came with an elk reed call. It's a bit different from a squeaker (harder to choke on) and makes a slightly different sound. But yes, Tachyon speaks! Just not very well… I am still learning.
I am not sure what Ino's policies on other speaking ADs are. I know she doesn't want people to use squeakers because of the choking hazard, though.
