Just throwing this here real quick.
I will be giving Roki a 'fur' pattern of sorts eventually and I was wondering if it should go up to his face (Figure B), I think it looks cute but I also like A.

Tumblr is going with B, but I wanted to know what some folks here think. :3

As for A or B, I must admit that with your style, I prefer A - though I can see I'm in a minority there.

I will consider the minority as well since this isn't a vote, I just want to get the general idea of what people would prefer (and in some cases why).

I'll have to make some images to see how it all comes together, but I can see A working just fine.

Fair enough. Roki's still a adorable fella either way!

I just think the plain face works better with your more humanoid facial style, whereas B seems a tad Thundercats-y - or as if he's been chin-deep in the sugar bowl.

Both look rather good. The different tone in B draws more attention to his mouth and nose than A does, if you were looking to draw the eye to one part of his face in particular

B looks great! The way the line falls just above his nose sort of reminds me of certain open-mouthed lucha libre masks. Or maybe that's just what comes to mind because of what Roki does anyway!
