It's from an old comic that I don't know the name of. It's recently popular because the scene in which a character Tom gets attacked by a bear, was illustrated awkwardly that give allot of people the wrong idea when taken out of context. I just saw the image as I was wandering the weird parts of the internet and thought it was funny.
