Initial glance, it's fantastic work, and I can suspect many people would want ones for themselves.

But, being a machinist, and having done this kind of work before (with 316 stainless, /way more effort/) I can surmise that this cost a bit and that would be a detractor for many. Not to mention, I can see all the little mistakes here and there ;}

I could have done them from stainless but I would have probably have gotten the outlines laser cut then done the engraving on my own machine. Stainless would be a bit heavy, especially for the fursuit size Materials wise it didn't cost much, just took time. I cleaned up a few of the paint flaws after the picture was taken, the paint was still a bit wet when I took this.

I'm pretty happy with how they turned out, would only change a few little things if I were to make another set.
