Here's a hyena base from my new hyena mold. Its a foam cast base so it is oh so light and soft to touch. The nose and gums have been given a rubber coating (Squishy!). This head will be my lab rat in regards to making a realistic head that is also machine washable :D

Pretty much the same as casting a resin base, accept you use liquid flex foam instead of liquid resin

Ah, yes, is it less expensive than resin, would you gather? If so, I may try it instead of resin.

I'm pretty sure its more expensive to cast in foam, at least with smooth-on products

Still haven't decided what hyena I'll go with, but i'm leaning towards a brown hyena
