Crazy as it seems, I prefer the darker armor and build of Luna's marines....course I might be biase

though white armor is one of the more difficult to paint right

Not to mention in combat highly impractical. Cause, I mean it'd show every spec of dust, blood and practically highlight and blood residue or soot from explosions

ah and on that note it makes it more interesting on an artistic point of view

Y'know im former active duty army my friend. I can give you a large numbers of ins and outs about bright colors vs neutral tones and covert (which that's not happening anytime soon with white or shiny armor) operations

just remember that space marines are not really suppose to be 'practical' like be in camo and stuff....cuz that would be "logical" GASP Heresy

Oh why thank you, Warhammer 40k is probably my favorite Sci-fi setting, and adding in MLP in a way that would actually fit with the standing lore is what I was aiming for.

Though I do like that it fits well with the sister of battle mentality, I was actually beginning to wonder which primarch would be most fitting as these marine's sire, and I think I would (Heretically) suggest Lorgar, which would explain their close ties to both the lecticio divincus and of course with Saint Celestia.
