These ashes in time
These ashes in time will
Always fade
These bones
These bones are dust
There's nothing left
There's nothing left but
Reflections
But I
But I...
This window's dirty and I
Cannot see what I was meant to
These memories are fading
Help me clean this window
I can't see
I can't see
These ashes in time
These ashes of what
I used to see
These bones
These bones are no more
So hard
So hard to clean this window
But I
But I...
This window's dirty and I
Cannot see what I was meant to
These memories are fading
Help me clean this window
I can't see
I can't see
I'm losing out...
And it's getting cold...
I'm losing out...
And it's so...
This window's dirty and I
Cannot clean it, I wasn't meant to
These memories are gone
I cannot see them anymore
This window's dirty so I'll
Break it, look out, see what's coming
What was once was never
Meant to be again
I can see
What was once is no more
I can see
What was once is no moreOrgan solo came from

I enjoyed that! Lots of good sounds in here mannnnnn, everything flows so well, love Juno and Cyril's contributions! Love all the vocal harmonies going on too, and that's some good riffing!
If I can be so bold as to give criticism, I feel like a few less notes in your opening keyboard riff can make it more powerful (also perhaps playing with velocity might make it sound a bit less mechanical)- and I think perhaps eschewing the fade-out at the end in favor of an extended guitar solo, ending the song with a full-band variation of the opening piano riff, ending on the open B (i think you said you're playing in A?) and just letting it fade out there
But yeah, it's solid good work you got here man! I applaud ye

Thanks dude! I was afraid you'd have some major major "this shit and that shit suck" kinds of comments when you asked if I wanted criticism. XD
I'm not sure how to do velocity stuff when it comes to piano, to be honest. Whenever I've done keyboard stuff on an actual keyboard, I tend to keep velocity control off, since I'm not much of a pianist myself. I could give it a shot, sure, but I make no promises there. XD I'm not sure which notes I could remove from it, either. When I wrote it, I wanted a good mixture of kind of fluttery stuff alongside a pounding low end to accentuate it.
I have always wanted to extend the solo at the end, though. The only reason I didn't was because I was worried that the ending would have dragged on and overstayed its welcome. Lol Also, I ran out of ideas when I was writing the solo and didn't want to keep going with scales. XD
I do really appreciate the critique, though! I'll see if I can give it a bit of a rework when I can! X3

Hey, opinions, so long as they aren't inflammatory, are always valid critiques. ;)
I generally prefer long intros to songs. This one is actually slightly too long for my tastes, but I was noodling around and improvising guitar solos and it just kind of got away from me. XD
Now, when you say the riff solo, are you talking about the one just as the song gets heavy again, just before the "I'm losing out and it's getting cold" section? There are...five total solos in this, so it's hard to know which one. XD If it is that one you're thinking of, I do agree. I wanted that one to be a bit longer, but I wasn't sure if the song could handle that many long solos, since all of them aside from that one are on the slightly lengthy side. Lol
