Almost got the process down for building the collars. It's very different from the first ones that I milled from a solid block. Takes way less time and far less wasted material.

The bottom one in the picture is actually steel, it's triple the weight but probably more period accurate. What I have to say about the steel one is it's a pain in the ass to build and a pain in the neck to wear.

These are slightly thinner and taller than the first prototype collars. This works out well, it leaves a bit more room for the nameplate as they can be taller now.

Just figuring out some of the final details before I go into production, for now I will stick with aluminum, later I may add steel and stainless steel options.
