Milo the Dilophosaurus :D

Originally adopted from  halopromise, I saw the bright spots on his back and totally thought they would be perfect as bioluminescent pores or something, and he might be a fantasy nocturnal subspecies of Dilo or whatnot~


I figure that if he's startled or agitated they'll light up on their own, and if he's furious they'll really flare up - but he can brighten or dim them at will as well.

Somewhat larger than a normal Dilo, fully capable of speech and reasonably intelligent... Um... Yeah, dinosaur :D
