Slightly off topic, but could I get your opinion of your Camaro? I'm thinking about replacing one of my current rides with something else, and the LS1-powered Trans Am is one that's caught my eye. There's other vehicles in the running, but I'm trying to get real-world opinions from people who own them before I settle on a specific model and start going for it.
That's the main thing that kept me out of pro racing. The expense of the racing schools and the fact that when I was young enough the fact that internet didn't exist in at least the capacity it does now, those schools were very hard to find. At my age now I find that most racers, even the best one's are starting to get past their peak of performance.
