So yesterday I spent making about 6 dozen or so of these organic Liver and Cheese treats.

I never..ever..ever.. want to see or smell liver again. It hurt the depths of my soul.

I grabbed the tub of organic chicken livers and looked at my poor unsuspecting cusineart. "You deserve better then this" I whispered to it as I added the livers through the mouth. I winced as I hit puree and hurridly scraped it all into the giant mixer. While it formed a dough with the oat bran/oatflour/garlic/cheese/eggs, I did my best to sanctify the food processor again but even after 3 cleanings, it still feels tainted..

Treats were a great success though! Baked em to almost completely hard (one puppy likes his soft) and now they have a few weeks worth stored in the freezer. I am very much a loved mommy. Next ones are apple peanut butter I think!
