My half of an art trade with
alohinun.
He wanted me to make a ref sheet for his black lemur character.
I've been working on this piece one and off for the last 1-3 months between commissions/other work.
My grasp on anatomy is juvenile at best. I pulled up several nonspecific stock photos for reference. Feel free to leave constructive feedback and suggestions. I like when people point out what I should watch for.

Thanks for your feedback!
I think I have a tendency to draw my heads bigger -- leftover from some strange, stylistic quirk since I haven't settled on a style for anthros yet. I flop between more realistic proportions and exaggerated anatomy. It probably looks awkward on this piece because the rest of her anatomy is realistic.
I'll slowly work towards an even mean. Thank you for your input!

God, I love how you painted her eyes and -that tail-! That blend of hard and soft edges really appeals to me haha.
As for crit, anatomy-wise she looks quite lemurly and proportional though her head feels a smidge on the large side, like Shwag mentioned above. I think helps to convey the 'child-like'/juvenile nature of the character though. I like how you've shifted the weight for her pose too since it keeps the image from looking static :D.
