A new character I created for RP purposes. He's supposed to be an extremely, EXTREMELY shy 5 inch tall sky-blue hatchling, and....he's pretty much turned out like that!

This is only a small portion of a much bigger planned picture. He's supposed to be sitting on something, which is the reason for his bent tail and oddly-laying legs. However despite the fact that it's incomplete, I just couldn't resist showing it around. ^_^
