OrderingOrders will be taken on a first come first serve basis. To order, simply send me an e-mail at: lostwingsart[at]yahoo.com entitled, “Commission”. In it, please include the sort of order you would like (full body lineart, cell shaded bust, etc.) as well as an idea overview and any references you may have. After I receive your e-mail I will reply, normally within 24 hours, to discuss further details and give you an exact quote. Depending on the order and my work load, art may take up to three week to complete so, please be patient. If you are concerned about the progress of your order feel free to e-mail me, I’ll be glad to provide a progress report.
Canceling an OrderIf, after you have seen and approved a sketch you decide to cancel your order, be aware you will still be charging for the work done.
RefundsRefunds will only be given to a certain extent. If you decide to cancel your commission you will get your money back, minus my cut for the work that has already taken place.
Example: You send me $25.00 (USD) for a full color commission but cancel after I have started line art, you will only receive $5.00 (USD) as a refund but will receive the line art of your piece.
If, for whatever reason, I find myself unable to complete your commission you will receive a full refund.
PaymentPayments are to be sent, in full, via Paypal after you have received and approved a sketch. I will not accept personal checks, credit cards, cash or money orders and all funds are to be in United States Dollars (USD).
AgreementBy commission me you are agreeing to inhere to my rules and regulations which are clearly stated below.
• You may not have my work edited by anyone, including yourself, beyond resizing. This includes, but is not limited to, cropping, color change, name/watermark removal or having other do line art/color on my work without my consent.
• You may not post my work without the proper notification that the artwork was not created by you.
• You may not re-post/redistribute a commission that is not yours/was not for you.
• You may, in no way, use my work for monetary gain.
