I'm gonna step out on the proverbial limb here and guess that this unicorn probably wiped their memories before. It wouldn't shock me if CinderFrost were a couple at one point and the unicorn wiped their memories, which would explain why they suddenly changed toward each other as Frost said earlier. Ciel probably did that so he could have sex with two virgins.
But do you remember page 24? Take a look if you need a reminder, because there, Cinder seems to remember something that he'd totally forgotten and it unnerves him. Furthermore, consider the fact that Cinder and Frost were friends before and then "suddenly" changed . . . It might be a long shot, but what happened on page 24 might make sense in the context of one or both of them having lost their memories and are suddenly regaining them.
I wouldn't do it, Cinder. I could see this going bad. He decides at the last minute to go through with it and makes Frost forget only to swoop in at the last minute to do it all over again and mess with them some more. Or there will be something else that he does as part of "getting what he wants" like making sure Frost sees him and Cinder together to make Frost think Cinder was going behind his back. Ciel seems like that kind of guy if he gets his rocks off doing what he did already. I would hope things worked out though and Frost will see that Cinder is the one he needs if Cinder would just open up to him. Or maybe Ciel will make good on the deal and just leave, who knows.
Hmm, very interesting. Leaves many things to ponder. One could say Ciel is adapting to each person he meets, appealing to their presumed interests. Now, Cinder may not be what Ciel is expecting to be like. Whether it's boldness, cockiness, or overconfidence, Cinder might not find that attractive at all to which Ciel is failing to appeal. Knowing only virgins can see him, it gives Ciel an advantage over the other to just play with whoever he wants and not have to worry about it.
It makes you wonder, is Ciel hurting over the fact that he could never pursue a full relationship with anyone? Had he been hurt so much in the past that now he trying to cope with it by going down the only dark path available to him? Perhaps his way of coping is to engage in sexual interaction. A forceful cope in a way.
In a way Ciel realizes that Frost is starting to go through what the unicorn has already been experienced with and he wants to spare the one of that pain and loss.
I don't know whether Ciel is a good or bad individual in this, there's not enough to prove either way. Time will tell.

The only way Ciel could have a long term relationship with someone would be to find a virgin and not have sex. Now, imagine how hurt he'd feel if his partner suddenly cheated on him and now could not even see him anymore. It's like... You know the offer honestly pisses me off more than the grope. Would Frost want to forget? Because if you do it without his conset its basically forcing your will onto his. Its just another form of rape. He's asking the puppy to basically be complicit in violating the mind of someone he's sweet on. Even if you play the "Its for Frost's own good" card this is a violation.
Yeah, I was considering that fact. He can only be seen by virgins so getting his kicks has got to be difficult at best. Cinder has got to come clean though. It looks like Ciel wants to use Cinder's feelings for Frost to his advantage. Ciel can't afford to become attached to anyone because once the act is done he cannot be seen anymore. This has likely lead him to be impassive and cold about the feelings of others. He knows Frost cannot see him ever again so his newest conquest is Cinder. He is not in the right but I can see where he is coming from and why. If Cinder wants to get out of this as clean as possible he'd better tell Frost and bring him along to the rendezvous.
Well, what if.. what if Ciel genuinely wants to HELP Frost, but in order to do his memory altering magic, he NEEDS to have REALLY ANGRY SEX with Cinder. So he is forced to PRETEND to be an asshole in order to get Cinder in a proper frame of mind.. to do GOOD?
