Well, here are the symbols i see:
-The band covering the eyes, symbol of blindness, is also one of teh attirbutes of French Justice's allergory, representing Impartiality
- XXI is 21 in roman numerals... which is a a number with countless symbolics, but Zeta-haru being from Brazil, he is probably refering to Agenda 21 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agenda_21
- Défi means "challenge" in French
- "Schwer und echt" heavy and real in german
- s a d is tags, obvisly "sad"
here's what i get from it: The decisions of Agenda 21 are a challenge to impartiality, which seem to have brought heavy and real consequences which make the author sad?
This allegory is is lacing precision around number XXI ... or I just can't find it

Jesus ... so many interpretations ... will my shallow, limited attempt even matter at all? Why am I still posting it?
As part German, I feel I should be able to make out what this is supposed to mean ... maybe's it's just the title. 'Schwer' doesn't have to mean 'heavy,' it can also mean 'severe' or 'difficult.'
The 'XXI' is covering your eyes, as if it's what's ahead of you. Could it have to do with the fact that you're approaching your 21st birthday? Jul 24th is a bit far away, but maybe you're preparing yourself for a 'confrontation' or a 'genuine' 'challenge' or something? You're already sad ... sorry about that.
Not sure what's up with choosing the French and German languages here. Whatever this all really means, I like this pic a lot and am curious as to what it's setting up.

"Heavy and Real" "Challenge" French and German, respectively, yet the artist is Brazilian. To represent the same idea in two different languages emphasize that the words themselves are not important, rather, the universal meaning is: something innate in human nature, the idea of conflict rather than sport.
The character is blinded by a piece of loose fabric. Something not chosen, but rather, flung forward by nature or higher power.
The "blinding" is conveyed by the monochrome. Not an inversion, but rather a lack of perception
The inscription on the fabric is the number 21 in Roman Numerals, which also decorates the border, which can be associated with the final card in the Tarot's trump, or Major Arcana, The World, which represents the end of the Fool's Journey, a state of completeness or, perhaps as conveyed by also being the border, oneness with the world. The connotation is inverted, perhaps because the outcome of the character's journey is tragic, perhaps they have been blinded by the idea of oneness or completion has blinded them to other things even though its not the future the character envisioned for themselves, but rather, one that is forced upon them.
In any case, do feel better, dear.

I found this when going through your gallery for the RB survey. I can see a lot of potential symbolism in it. I'm not sure what you may have intended, but I can certainly read quite a bit into it via my own analysis. XXI is the number for The World in a typical tarot deck. The World is usually about completeness, but the reverse can signify feelings of emptiness or the fleeting materialism of the world as it is. The blindfold could be inward or outward; either something you aren't seeing, or something you don't even want to see. It could be something trapped inside, or an attempt to keep something from getting in.
However, considering that what "defi" means, I'm going to hazard a guess that the meaning of this is to "challenge the world," or rather... to resist and/or rebel against those demands that society places upon us. Not being straight, we face a great many challenges. I recall you saying that things are still not very good in Brazil with LGBTQ rights. That is reason enough to defy unjust labels and oppression by an unforgiving and hostile environment.
