That seems like it would be heavy for Rute, right? Nah.

The black fabric/exoskeleton bit she's got on here is the material her whip is made out of. She's created it such that it's flexible but can shift it to lock into place, making it a very strong support. The material is very light and thin, so it really doesn't hinder her motion one bit. Yep, Rute's deadlier than many would expect. She gets pushed around by her friends a bunch but she can probably lay then out at any time if she really wanted to.
