Well this is the icon I did for thedrgngrl on the 100x100 icon exchange community on Livejournal. This is her character Hope in wolf form
The lineart and colouring was done in Opencanvas while the cutout effect and shadow effect was made in PS.
And credit goes to Vulpyro for the cutout idea!:)

EDIT: I offer this kinda icons as commissions. Not sure about the price though, probably $5-$7US as they don't take me that long to make!:3
