Another one surrendered to the shop. He was terrified in the shop so I took him home. He was so pale he didn't have any of his stripes. HE wouldn't move in the shop tank ether. Big scared baby. As soon as I got him home he got his stripes back and actually swam about like fish are supposed to do. He was even coming to greet me by the second day he'd been home. He's a big old boy, not sure his age but he's a full grown adult making him my largest fish. He's got the nickname 'Large and in Charge'.
His fins are deformed, likely a birth defect. (see they're bent over?). He fits in with my lil misfit family.
He also really likes watching bubbles.
