I like what you've done here, particularly with the head. I've only drawn a few avali so far and they seem rather cute, sort of bland in expression. I like how you arranged the markings on the ears and head feathers too (make more sense than what I typically see). I notice that you've deleted the feather skirt too, or transformed it into something more realistic. I'm saving a copy of this to use as a ref.
