White Day is March 14 in Japan (and I think also South Korea, and perhaps one or two other east Asian countries).
Valentine's Day is February 14th as in the west, but it's a little different. On Valentine's Day, it's usually the girls who give gifts to the boys. On March 14th, the boys reciprocate by giving gifts back to the girls who gave them gifts a month earlier - usually something considerably more expensive! As with everything, there's some variation on this from person to person, but this is generally how it works.
I might be off base on this part, but I think the gift is also not necessarily romantic in nature; it can also be done between good friends or as a thank-you gesture for someone who has helped you or been kind to you.
