Watcher's voice sounds like Ryan Haywood from Achievement Hunter.

This is the new character I made from the song, The Waiting" by Arrows to Athens. He watches over the Waiting (soon to be uploaded).

He was an experiment when the Waiting started to grew out of control and rather intelligent. Upon his creation and completion of development, he proved his power to the humans who had created him by breaking the glass tube he was in. With nutrient tubes flying out and chemicals spilled across the floor, he immediately knew his duty and mission when he sensed the Waiting's call.

His hands could sense their alarm and anger as he walked immediately to their location and soothed them to the best of his ability. Shortly after he'd awoken, it was his duty to watch them; it was already proven to the humans it was best to not interfere.

Over the following months, Watcher couldn't understand why the Waiting were so restless as they were also locked inside glass cases but had plenty of food and room for such small creatures. They broke their cases that night, killing all the humans in the building before escaping, attacking Watcher as well. He had to kill some of the Waiting but had no hard feelings about it; he'd grown uncaring but knew the Waiting's true power for such small things.

Upon their escape, Watcher wrestled them into the forest and created their new home: a place surrounded by tall logs and fallen trees, far from civilization. He watches over them to ensure they don't escape and none grow too frustrated but they have been calm for now.

He can speak to humans and knows all human languages. He knows what the Waiting needs with his hands and his tail helps learn the lay of the land, from nutrients to life forces, distress signals from any form of life to weather predictions to 99.9% accuracy. The light blue and red glowing spots/markings only glow when a large amount of the Waiting are feeling the same; if a large amount are feeling sad, he glows the blue color and if they are feeling mad, he glows the red color. Both times, he is quick to follow his duty and care for them.

Due to his duties, he finds little time for extracurricular activities and has no hobbies or plans for relationship. With his upbringing, he has no emotions besides his fear of the Waiting's power and disdain for his unlikely job.
