Yep! I wasn't quite satisfied with my old one which I did YEARS ago! So I sat down and drew a new one and now it's in color. THis will be the Volume One cover for the book once I actually FINISH a volume! XD
It's been a LONG TIME since I posted anything here on FA and most likely this will be my new Featured Work.
I used a combination of Markers and Colored pencils for the drawing. First it was scketched out in pencil then inked with drafting pens. Mostly 0.1 and 0.3mm tips.

When I was younger I liked the "Big Boy", and I still do.
But my locomotive interested are almost exclusively focused on 19th Century motive Power and Narrow Gauge.
Most of the trains I draw are usually NG.
I don't mean to dissapoint but don't get your hopes up for a Big Boy. ^^;
Not to mention I have a few commissions I need to take care of.

I may take you up on that offer! I've been meaning to post what I have so far of "GF". (Gunpowder Falls) I was going to do it in this gallery, but there's enough random stuff in here already. That would just frustrait the reader.
I'd like to make an exclusive FA account deticated the GF, but, and not surprising, the registration system is out ot of service currently. ^^;

If he collected German stuff then I'm deffinently unfamilar with him. There's only one other train collector I know of, and consider the ULTIMATE train collector. And in the most literal sence! XD
His name is Ward Kimball and he collected old antique trains as well as full scale ones! He had a 500ft long 3ft narrow gauge railroad in his back yard. It's called the "Grizzly Flats Railroad" and it is an icon in both the world of Railfans and Disney enthusiasts.
