Her name is indeed Belfry, and this is her day attire.
Also notable is that she can't fly, and drinks plant matter juices. This includes things like apples, tomatoes, pineapples, carrots, and so on.
Also notable is that sunlight doesn't kill her, but it leaves her very nauseous and sick.
