This was drawn by  silverwolfentertainment some time ago (I commissioned this from him, actually) of Dreysanius von Acrutar working out. Here's his post.

Dreysanius is actually quite the athlete; he plays basketball, volleyball, and murderball (aka wheelchair rugby). The last he cannot officially compete in because he a paraplegic, not quadriplegic. He does regularly compete in powerlifting competitions in events that do not require the legs.

There also exists some footage of him wrestling after he was crippled, but his doctor was worried that Dreysanius could suffer injury to the legs and not notice until Dreysanius was in serious trouble.

And no, I'm not gonna say "jam"
