This chapter was decent for a filler chapter. I liked the description of the daycare, and the ending with Celebi crying over being separated from her owner. It was a nice touch of emotion that was sorely missing from previous chapters.

With that said, there were a few things that confused me about this chapter. The first is that Celebi was cold. Water types resist Ice attacks, so shouldn't it stand to reason that they also don't get bothered by cold weather? It's mentioned that Celebi won't evaporate in hot weather, so the opposite should be true to.

The other thing is this Kyle guy who dropped Celebi off. Who is he? What happened to Mike? From an earlier line, it sounds like Kyle is a code-name for this mission, but if that's the case, why does Celebi think of Mike as Kyle? Wouldn't she think of him as Mike during the narrative?

So overall, I like the new setting and emotion in this chapter, but there were a few confusing moments.

There's a difference between resistance and immunity. Nava may be resistant to ice attacks, but she still feels the cold. It may not affect her as much as it would have if she were still an Eevee, but there is no way she couldn't have not felt the cold. it was her first time in a snowstorm too, so she had no idea what to expect. <- that was my slightly pathetic attempt to remedy the fact that I didn't look up a type chart, and since I haven't played a core pokemon game in a while I forgot most of the match-ups.

Now that I'm done making excuses, I'm glad you like the emotion I put in. Nava's been a strong character from the beginning, but that was when she was cared for, now all that's gone. What else can she do but cry? She's young, separated from everyone she knows and loves, and has to figure something out with no idea how.

Oh, and as for why Nava continually calls Mike, Kyle, it's her way of keeping the story straight in her head. She knows his real name is Mike, but for the sake of his cover, considers him Kyle even mentally. (More excuses, and here's the real reason) I originally had Mike in the narrative, but after going over it a few times, it got confusing to me, having Kyle talk to the director of the day-care, and then Mike grabbing his coat. Should have explained that Mike is now Kyle a bit better, and will next time.

It's OK. I wasn't super put off by her feeling the cold, it was just something that struck me as odd since it was never mentioned before. If that's the rules for your universe, then that's the rules.

Oh this is an amazing story~ I hope to tead more it filled me with so many different emotions from hoy to fear and even disgust when her father had to rape her and i am very curious about her mission ^^ I am very excited and find it even funnier to know that this once was Celebi. Keep up the good work.
