Didja know Tanner keeps a supply of Rattata's in his room? He keeps them in a locked-up cupboard to make sure they don't run off. He's thinking about making something better to store them all in, maybe treat them like pets in some big hamster cage or something so he can maybe fatten them up over time to make for a more filling snack. However that takes a lot of effort, so for now this'l do him.
