He is cold... but he's also proud, and forces his own body outside in the hope his natural resistence against ice-type attacks will help him hold out against the biting cold of the Kanto winters. Since he had the misfortune to be born without the protean ability, Jazz intends to do without... in his own personal and somewhat dangerous way. Hopefully Joy makes him see reason soon and gets him to wear scarves... for all the good they will do to him, since his body heat constantly changes to match the weather's current temperature.

He could... except his head doesn't pass through the neck hole xD It's the problem with all sweaters, jackets, t-shirts, pulls, coats and whatnot. They're not designed to warp around his large neck.
A blanket would do much better, except he can't carry that with him otuside to shovel snow. It would just trip him over.

Make a bigger hole. Problem solved or use the ones with buttons XD

He can if the blanket is not too big and wrapped around him properly and maybe with some sewed on buttons to keep it in place. You can do some cool stuff with blankets actually XD

It's times like these (and when fighting Scizors) that make me wonder why the creators didn't go full on naruto and gave greninjas the possibility to learn flamethrower?
Doesn't seem like too much of a stretch, if you ask me.

For a Greninja to learn Flamethrower, they would have had to stretch on the Protean ability so that when it became the elemental type, it automatically had access to the attacks of that type as well. But that would have made Greninja a ridiculously strong non-Legendary Pokemon, on top of breaking a few walls. I wish they'd made Ash-Greninja a pseudo-Legendary though, he well-deserved it with his unique ability xD

And no, they wouldn't have to give him everything...fire based jutsus are just such a common thing, so I could certainly see a Greninja spewing a stream of fire^^
Ash-Greninja kinda counts as a pseudo-legendary in my book.

I wish Torrent Greninja was in Ubers like Protean Greninja, but ah well.
I wonder how Greninja would be able to do that? He can make a smokescreen so half the part is already down, but how can he ignite it if his whole body is damp with water?

That's why Greninja usually knows U-Turn i think, so he can strike once and then switch with the next awaiting Pokemon in the party without being hit back. Unless Rayquaza has highter speed than him (I haven't checked) and can down him in a hit, still, the fact Greninja needs a Legendary to beat him says alot about how powerful he is on the battlefield x3
Scald is boiling hot water, ti's scorching but also dap, it doesn't work. But I guess if Greninja somehow mixes the chemicals from a Gunk Shot to his Smokescreen, there are highter chances of it catching on fire. I just hope he won't burn his mouth while doing both attacks at once.

Problem is, he's being ridiculously outclassed by everything in ubers.
Greninja usually does a suicide lead to setting up entry hazards...and then pretty mich immediately gets taken care of.
Alternatively he could just eat something really spicy...that certainly works in smash bros
