You can see that the body, especially abdomen (the 'butt') is smaller compared to the female and the legs are longer in proportion compared to her as well.
The legs are all placed in a circle/oval under the cephalothorax.
In total there are five joints on the legs.
You can also see the 'boxing glove'-looking pedipalps, compared tot he female's slimmer, straight palps.
Not all spider species have this distinction, but many do.
This guy is about 2cm, a large exemplar for his species. The males are generally smaller than the females.
