Same, I guess the frustration of not doing well in games is more devastating than ones might think x-x

For me its cause of the overstimulation of senses. You have so many sounds going on, visuals overwhelming you and things to think about in most FPS, that you dont have the time to sit back and think about the situation and calm yourself. In real life its a lot easier, you get tons of breaks to think, and there isnt as much overwhelming your senses so your brain gets less frazzled. It sucks, since theres no way to change that, but when you feel yourself get angry, moving away from the screen and headphones does wonders xP
