Alright, so Koshiro is now finito! Ha ha! At least for now...
I'll likely be putting in emotion changes but that wont be until the update rolls back around to Koshiro again.
Once again, a huge thanks to the
TheBigSlick Seriously he did an incredible job altogether and I'm really thankful to have him on board and cant wait to have other characters brought to life by his skill.
For those looking forward to Koshiro's update, I'm hoping that I can at least have it ready by the end of the month to show you what's in store for his chapter, but if not, I thank you for being so patient so far.
And now, since I'm lazy and kind of sleepy right now, I'm just going to copy and paste the stuff I put in for the previous Koshiro art so if you already read that, well, I suppose you can read it again if you want...
For those who haven't yet tried it yet, here is a link to the latest game build, please try it out and let me know what you think! :

Mac Build
And again, tooting my own horn here as I just did with my journal, but any support you can offer really does help as it pays for art assets, and hopefully in the future, music, and maybe even someone to help with programming.
I have both a
Ko-fi A.K.A Kingsguard Support Helpline
And I have also started a patreon as well. Right now there isn't much to the patreon as I simply set it up for use in the future so no need to worry about payments right now if you do join. For Koshiro's update I do want this one to be a free, but starting with the update afterwards with Ramos, if you are a patron, you will to get access to the game 2 weeks before I post it publicly. At that time I will start up the payments for patreon.

Now that I got all that shameless promoting out of the way.
As I did with the sketch I just wanted to copy and post some brief information about Koshiro along with a short bonus story near the end.
Age: 21
Species of Beastman: Fox
Occupation: Keeper of Secrets, Intelligence Agent for Yasan, and Royal Bodyguard for the King
Koshiro has always been an odd one in the castle. Secrets surround him, rumors always start up amongst the servants, and even you have had a crazy past with him. When Koshiro was only about 9 years old, he was brought into the castle to be the King's bodyguard. Of course, this wasn't without apprehension as many people disapproved of having someone so young protect the king. Yet despite his age, Koshiro never once failed his duties.
If Leandros was the hand of the king, Koshiro was his shadow. Many have tried to shadow Koshiro, wondering just what it was that the king sent him off to do, but in the blink of the eye he was gone. All that is known is that whatever issue that troubled the king was usually resolved once the fox had returned to the king's side.
With so much secrecy around Koshiro, it has always been hard to trust him, especially since he doesn't talk much about himself or show much emotion. But despite that, he has proven time and time again where his loyalty lies.
Is Koshiro someone you can count on, someone you could trust your life with?
Super short bonus story:
In the shadows of the abandoned building he stalks, waits. In the distance, a loud ghastly howl of the trains sings a chorus with the chiming of the bells to a new hour. It has been six hours and twenty-two minutes, yet there still has been no activity.
"They informed me that this was the place... Could they have been wrong? Was I found out?"
"No. I have to trust that this is true. I must be patient. I must wait. I must not fail."
The fox calms himself, his eagerness growing too big for his own good. He takes a deep breath and melds even deeper into darkness, to where even he begins to believe he is apart of it. Another few minutes pass and still nothing, but just as the fox begins to slip out from the shadows, a hooded figure appears. The foxes eyes narrow, watching for signs if this is his mark. Not an inch of skin is showing on the shady character as his entire body is covered head to toe in brown and gray patchwork clothing. Every so often he checks over his shoulder and darts his head around at the slightest of noise. While difficult to see, the fox sees for just a second a flurry yet smooth black and white tail flickering around beneath the the long shabby trench coat.
This was him. The one he was waiting for so long.
The fox calms himself again, he can't rush forward, he can't risk him getting away. The king would not allow failure and neither did he.
As the target walks up to a nearby building and knocks several times on the door, he is greeted inside to another who peeks out to make sure than no one has trailed the man. The fox steps out from the shadows and walks towards the door with a dagger hidden in his sleeve.
It is time. Time to do what must be done. Like a hundred times before.

Short answer no.
Longer answer, the change of artist was much more than simply for the sake of expression changes. To sum it all up though to prevent having to write a lengthy response, I had always wanted character emotions from the very beginning. The only reason they weren't there was $$$. I already spent enough for the characters and the emotions would have been too much. Since I couldn't get those emotions, I made sure to address that within my writing. A lot of people have asked me though about the art style change from the first rendition to the second to this one, and while I briefly talked about this on my patreon, I may make a more detailed response and post it there for any concerns or questions people have now or in the future so look forward to that as it will cover a lot of behind the scenes things and what was going on in my head. I will say though, I much more enjoy this art style. It has character depth and details that I am looking for and he looks more like his own character as opposed to before where Koshiro looked (As sad as I am to say) bland, generic, and cookie cutter in comparison.
