ZeroArk: Faded Days
Chapter 1 - A New Fade
Who am I? What am I? What is my name? How did I get here? Why don't I remember anything?
Day 7
Man: Vanitas!
Vanitas: Huh?
Man: Hurry up!
Vanitas: Ah, okay… ah, Luxir?
Luxir: What?
Vanitas: Why do we need to go to Finara?
Luxir: Don't know, but our leader wants the group to go there.
Vanitas:…
Luxir sigh: We're running late, so I'll make a Dark Corridor since It the quickest way to travel through lanes.

Within 10 minutes, the two has to reach Finara. A city within a kingdom on land called Nexus.

Vanitas: It odd how we can access another world outside our own.
Luxir: You get used to it, but for now using the Nav-bot to do it a job.

As the Nav-bot lead the way, Vanitas notice a shadowy figure in an ally.

Vanitas: People are watching us in the ally.
Luxir: No, a Hollow is watching us. Stalker type. It won't attack in a populated area unless they about to go on a rampage.
Vanitas: Even the Hollow can reach here…
Luxir: They use Si'fith Lane to invade another world. We, in most cases, use the Dark corridor to get to places to places.
Vanitas: What is Si'fith Lane?
Luxir: Forgot already? Well, It a long-winded I can tell ya an abridge. The Si'fifth Lane is an inviable dimensional path that connects all realm. Each realm is a fraction of a more significant field that needs the Si'fifth Lane to be stable itself.
Vanitas: What would happen if you go outside the Lane?
Luxir: Simple. You die.
Vanitas…
Luxir: Well… that what they say. Fade Has a lower chance of surviving that because our body is made up of our soul. These bodies are the half-ass replacement of the first body we had, but I don't know about that.
Vanitas: Why do you think these can't be our soul?
Luxir: Sometimes, I have memories that I'm not sure that not mine. A time before I died.
Vanitas: But we shouldn't have memories of the past.
Luxir: That what I want to believe, but I never been the one to take a thing in face-value. I'm not even sure this personality, to begin with anyway.
Vanitas: Maybe, but that doesn't necessarily mean you can't be yourself.
Luxir: At least we didn't turn into a hollow.
Vanitas: Just how corrupted of a soul you have to be to turn into one?
Luxir: Depend on the corruption itself. Greedy Hollow will be most likely around the greed and rich and tried to prosses them. Doesn't mean that person greed match up to what into them into hollow in the first place.
???: You're late…
Luxir: Sorry, Zakina. There were Hollow getting the way. Giant type.
Zakina sigh: Fine, it a …acceptable excuse. Get in.
Vanitas: There a stalker type watching us.
Zakina: We already know Empty.
Vanitas: Empty?
Zakina: That what your name means. It fits really. Fades Has a replacement of a body. Our soul cannot truly replace what has been lost. In the end, we're just empty husks.
Luxir: Hey lay off.
Vanitas: And yet, I feel alive.
Zakine: Fine… the stalker is being dealt with as we speak. For now, let fine out who the new member.
Luxir: New member?
Zaku: Yes, and apparently, our Indigo says she can control the Hollow.
Luxir: What? That impossible. Nothing can control the hollow, but another hollow of a higher power. Not to mention they work in a pack.
Zaku: Well if you are so unsure then come on.

As they enter in, they see all the Fade member.

Luxir: Look like our edge lord friend from the Vex Heart are here.
Vanitas: Who is she?
Luxir: Marie La'heart. The second in command and sister of the group leader of Vex Heart.
Vanitas: Vex Heart are human, right? Why would they work with fades? We're not exactly the most well-liked.
Luxir: Well, it mainly peoples of Megalodon. They don't like Fades so much.
Vanitas: Why do they hate so much?
Woman: Because there was a time were all people saw Fades as an evil spirit that was a curse and given a second chance in life. Having a strong will and conviction doesn't necessarily mean you're a good person.
Luxir: And it second in command. Linne, how you doing?
Linne: I smell like a stalker.
Luxir: Peachey. Good to know.
Linne: Anyway, our new member will be here shortly.
Luxir: Is it true what they say about her? That she can control the Hollow?
Linne: Yes, I am the one who discovers her. She was so confused. All she knew was that volatile, stalker, shower, and even a giant. She screams, stops so loudly that they stop. Next thing she said was to attack each other, and they did. I was in disbelief until it happened again when I was bringing her to base.
Vanitas: So there no recording of people controlling Hollow whatsoever?
Linne: None the I know of anyway.
Luxir: Human have tried using mind controlling magic before, but they are immune to the control.
Man: Gather around… our new member has arrived.
Linne: Our leader is here. Need to get back.
Man: Come out and show yourself Impleat.
Impleat walk up the stair looking nervous
Impleat:…
Man: She a shy person. Treat her well everyone.
Linne: Bring in the stalker!
Woman: Fire in the hole!
A hollow fly through the crowded land on the stair as a woman wearing gauntlets leap onto the stair
Linne: I said not to throw!
Woman: Sorry, sorry, I couldn't help myself.
Impleat: S-so….
Linne: Oh, right. Let release the hollow.
Woman: Please release the seal.
Linne: Do your thing, girl.
The stalker circle around Impleat watching her every move
Impleat: My first command is... sit… and roll over then stand
Stalker sits, roll over, and stand as the crowd is shocked.
Implead goes petting the hollow: Now goes scout out other hollow and report back with their location.

The stalker nod flying out from the back entrance as everyone look back at Impleat.

Vanitas: So, she can….
Impleat: Will this do?
Zimran: Yes, that is all.
Lixur: Look like we got ourselves a catch. A rare one.
Zimran: Impleat will be in signed to Team 7 of the 3 division.
Vanitas: That our group.
Lurix: Well we're short one person. It may take a while to get her to open up just from how she acts.
Zixran: Now, there is one thing I want you all to do. Fin and eliminate the remaining Hollow in this city. The stalker has been sent out to the forest.
Luxir: Alright, I guess this will be her first mission. All we are that she can control the hollow, but what else can she do?
Impleat: I'm able to reconstruct energy into the object.
Luxir: Whoa! When did-
Impleat: I also can use energy to give me a speed boost for my jump. That how am right here.
Luxir: O-oh
Impleat: S-sorry… if I made your nerves.
Vanitas: It okay. Is that all you can do?
Impleat: Yes… for now… at least that what Lord Zimran said.
Lixur: No one calls him lord Impleat. Sound wierd.
Impleat: O-oh okay…
Lixur: Let get this mission done. We're heading to the center of the city.
Vanitas and Impleat nod as they head off.
