actually the Cyberpunk universe HAS furries and animal based mods :3
they're called "exotics" and tend to be SUPER fuckin expensive.

Yes indeed. Where's the lizard people? Where's the tragic amputee who after losing his legs, decides that the very concept of Legs is dumb and gets a mechanical naga tail?
If anything, cyberpunk settings seem like they would encourage people to be rebellious about their appearance as a backlash against society. Tails are the tattoos of the future!
