Well after a certain point of fat accumulation, your belly will become so massive that it keeps your legs from reaching the ground. This obviously renders you immobile and strands you wherever you happened to be when it happened.
This umbreon has just faced that fate (albeit several hundreds of pounds ago) and is more upset that they cannot reach anymore food than the fact that they ate themselves to immobility.
The obvious solution is somebody is going to have to bring over some more food for the grumpy umberon.
