This is basicly me getting used to the anatomy of rats, since im so used to drawing dogs and cats all the time, the way their anatomy works is alot different. For one thing their skulls extend alot more past the ears than canines, and there top muzzle tends to overhang with the bottom jaw tucked a little further back.

i had rats at one point
here is some very basic stuff i have noticed in them
rats dont really have much fur on the ears at all
- save for the very backs were the ear meets the head
Their muzzles thou short are narrowed ( pointed) as it gets to the nose
and they have tiny bulbous eyeballs
i understand everyone has their own style and that may alter certain attributes towards drawings
but do keep practicing
