A wonderful Christmas gift that I received from my wonderful friend 
. As usual, it's our yearly Christmas pic, this time done by the wonderful 
, who has done a marvelous job with this pic. Everything looks so adorable here, from me and Digitz's cowboy outfits to Brightheart Raccoon's adorable expression. Thank you Spiffy for this beautiful pic!!
As you may know, Digitz has been on a Care Bear kick lately. So for our Christmas pic this year, I suggested that we have our little Christmas get together in Care-A-Lot, featuring his Care Bear character Cool Heart Bear and me as a Care Bear Cousin Fox (even though there were no Care Bear Cousin Foxes in real life).
During my six year stay at FA, I've drawn Marshall as a regular babyfur, a sheriff of a western town called Cookie Gulch, a Valentine's Day cupid, a Easter Bunny (or rather a fox in a bunny suit), a potty smashing renegade, and many countless other things. Now he's a Care Bear Cousin. And as always, there's a story on his origins as a cousin.
Long ago, deep in the Forest of Feelings, a baby fox was born. However, the parents of the baby fox quickly disappeared, leaving the baby fox abandoned. It was later rumored that the evil No Heart was responsible for the parent's disappearance and are possibly either prisoners, or even worse, killed.
Luckily, the little baby fox was found and rescued by Brightheart Raccoon who became a stepfather to the little fox. As the little fox grew up, he befriended the other Care Bear Cousins, especially to Brave Heart Lion, who taught the fox on how to be brave and courageous and learning how to stand up to himself while following his heart and feelings.
As the Cousins were raising up the little fox, there were two known things about this special fox cub...
1). When Brightheart found the little fox, he had a pop gun as his favorite toy that shoots corks and darts. And as the little fox got a little older, he improved his aimship as he learned how to performed trick shots and ricochet shots which surprised Brave Heart Lion. He has never seen such improved aimship and accuracy from a little fox before.
His aimships was so perfect that the little fox even helped out the Cousins and the Care Bears during their battles from their enemies. No Heart, Beastly, and even Grizzle were no match for the little fox's accuracy shots.
When the little fox earned his Belly Badge, a giant heart with two pop guns crossed together, he was named TrickShot Fox by Brightheart Raccoon.
2). If there was one thing the Cousins had a problem with TrickShot Fox, it was potty training. As much as Brightheart Raccoon tried, TrickShot refused to potty train and prefered to stay in diapers. Rather than to avoid putting up a fight with the feisty fox, Brightheart decided to go along with it since he knows that Hugs and Tugs are still diapered themselves.
However, TrickShot soon got tired of the traditional knot-tied cloth diapers, complaining that they're not absorbent enough. That's when Brightheart got a brainstorm. He remembered that while he was doing good deeds on Earth, he saw a different kind of diaper known as a disposable diaper. As a experiment, Brightheart went down to Earth and returned with a few packs of disposable diapers and tried them on TrickShot.
Sure enough, TrickShot fell in love with the disposable diapers, enjoying it's plastic outer cover, improved absorbency, how incredibly soft and thick the absorbency padding is, and how it crinkles as he walks. The experiment was successful enough, Brightheart tested out the diapers on Hugs, Tugs, and even the new Care Bear Cub, Cool Heart Bear, and they enjoyed the new diapers as well.
This gave Brightheart enough confidence to start Comfi-Care Disposable Diapers, the first disposable diaper brand in Care-A-Lot. While Comfi-Care diapers are available in cub sizes for future Care Bear Cubs, adult sized diapers are also available too. It seems that Brightheart fell in love with the diapers too, and now wears them full time. (And Brightheart's not the only one who's wears them too!)
Once in a while, Braveheart Raccoon would bring TrickShot Fox to Care-A-Lot to visit the Care Bears. TrickShot Fox became fast friends with all the Care Bears. He's good friends with Tenderheart Bear, Cheer Bear, Funshine Bear, Share Bear, Love A Lot Bear, Wish Bear, Friend Bear, Champ Bear, Good Luck Bear, Laugh A Lot Bear, Bedtime Bear (when he's awake), and even Oopsy Bear. However, TrickShot had a little difficultly in befriending Grumpy Bear who just grumbled "Great. Another Cousin to look after!" But Grumpy soon warmed up to the little fox anyway.
But TrickShot's favorite friends are Hugs and Tugs (who they join TrickShot in some crinkly padded adventures), Oopsy Bear (in which TrickShot feels sorry for him due to his clumsiness), and most especially the new Care Bear Cub, Cool Heart Bear.
It was Christmas time in Care-A-Lot, and Brightheart along with TrickShot were invited to the Care-A-Lot Christmas Festival. While TrickShot and Cool Heart was playing along, they were greeted by Tenderheart and Cheer who gave both TrickShot and Cool Heart an early Christmas gift. The two cubs opened up the packages to reveal matching cowboy costumes, complete with hats, vests, and pop guns!
Happy with their gifts, Cool Heart Bear and TrickShot Fox put on their cowboy outfits and played around the Christmas tree while Brightheart Raccoon watches them from behind the tree with happiness. (But both Cool Heart Bear and TrickShot Fox knew that Brightheart was behind the tree all along due to the loud crinkles of Brightheart's diaper, giving himself away!)

Thanks Baby Burr! And hopefully TrickShot will continue with Cool Heart Bear in further adventures, just as long as you're still on your Care Bear kick.
I have to admit that you made quite a comeback this year with your Care Bear ideas. After about a year or two with no new pics to post, you flooded us with an endless supply of Care Bear pics, as long as the ideas from Care-A-Lot keep on rolling that is!

Yeah, I think it got to the point that I had already gotten so many commissions that I was out of ideas. Not that I didn’t have more ideas...but it didn’t feel worth it to spend money on. Every time I thought about getting a commission, I just felt like it wasn’t worth the money.
I have spent A LOT on these pics, and I also now have all of the pics that I really wanted to get. I think I will get some more starting in late January again, but it may not be a ton more...maybe only five more or so. I’m not sure.
For me it’s just that I’ve loved the Care Bears ever since I was a kid, and they kind of feel like “my” thing...only a few other babyfurs have done much with them. So it’s felt so good to get these pics in that world...it really does feel like a fantasy land to me.

Trickshot and Cool Heart bringing a new type of diaper to the Kingdom of Caring. And Trick Shot's accuracy should be a well match to battle the likes of Professor Cold Heart, Frostbite, Auntie Freeze, No Heart, Beastly, Shreeky, Grizzle, and the rest of the baddies out there.
